ATF is currently blocked in France. Unclear, if the block is done on a DNS-level or what. Using a different DNS resolver from your ISP, a VPN or Tor should resolve the issue.

Connectivity issues has been fixed?
The issues with unresponsiveness and 502 errors should now be gone.
Networking speed for the forum seems to have also improved significantly. I have ideas on improving it further, but for now I'll just let it run as-is.
