ATF is currently blocked in France. Unclear, if the block is done on a DNS-level or what. Using a different DNS resolver from your ISP, a VPN or Tor should resolve the issue.

Network improvements
To improve stability of the site, another reverse proxy, coupled with more bandwidth on the back-end side has been added.
Some users were reporting 502 errors. These should be all fixed now. Let us know if issues still persists.
